As we say so’long to August (SO LONG AUGUST!) we’d like to celebrate the season and this Labor Day holiday with Seersucker Summer Weddings!  This beautiful fabric is perfect for warm weather, nautical weddings and comes in many different colors to compliment your palette.  For outdoor weddings seersucker makes an easy theme to coordinate around from start to finish.  Invitations can be sent in a seersucker pocket or designed with a seersucker pattern as seen in these photos below.  With warmer temperatures your groomsmen and bridesmaids will appreciate being outfitted in breathable and light seersucker suites and dresses.  If you don’t want the full-on seersucker look, there are many ways to incorporate this fabric into your wedding party; try a simple bow tie or pocket square for the boys; a headpiece or bouquet sash for the ladies.  Continue the seersucker theme on your reception tables with escort cards like these below created by Honey Bee Invites who adorned each with a mini seersucker bow.  This cheerful fabric is also lovely when used as tablecloths, table runners, drapes, and chair sashes.
