I purchased a digital portrait file of our first home to create Just Moved Note Cards as a gift for the lovely new home owners.  This was such a hit!  To all the Real Estate Agents out there – these would make the sweetest closing gifts for your clients!  You could gift a set of 25 or 50 with envelopes (maybe packaged all together using branded ribbon with your logo?) and in addition you could also gift the digital file as well so they could order more if needed.  I’m telling you your clients will treasure this…

At our going away party Cortney (I am lucky enough to call this artist my soul sister and have had her in my life for the last 20 years!) gifted the framed original for us which currently lives on our mantel in Denver.  It’s one of my favorite treasures of all times…

For my parent’s 40th Wedding Anniversary I purchased a home portrait of their first home.  This is the very one below photographed by Amanda Marie Portraits for their Lake Cottage Home Tour.  This was extra special because this original home burned down when I was in college.  There were no shortage of tears when my parents opened our gift.  And just a quick side note – this artwork above and to the right is also a Coco Custom.  It’s a custom silhouette of my parents wedding photo (also featured in our Top 10 Creative & Thoughtful Gifts for Dad). My drawing style is whimsical. If you are looking for a drawn to scale, blue-print type of depiction of your home, I am not your girl. But if you are looking for an affordable and sentimental gift that will always remind you of where you have been or where you are going, then you are in the right place.
