Wedding Sparkler Mistake No. Five: No Place To Put Them Out
Ok, so this one is a biggie on our Wedding Sparkler Mistakes to Avoid list. And while this may seem like another no-brainer, we have been to a few weddings ourselves where this was not made obvious to guests. Your wedding guests will need a place to put out and then discard their sparklers once your send-off is complete. The most effective, least messy way is to distinguish them in a galvanized steel pail filled with sand. Put these pails near the exit and where guests will easily spot them. Once they have cooled (ideally the next day) they can be dumped in the garbage.
